Getting There
Paros can be easily reached by ferry or air travel. Ferries depart regularly from Athens' Piraeus port, offering a scenic journey that takes about 3-4 hours. You can also catch ferries from other nearby islands like Mykonos and Santorini. For air travel, Paros has its own airport, Paros National Airport (PAS), with flights connecting to Athens and other destinations.
From Naousa Village, the port of Parikia is approximately a 10 to 15 minute drive, where ferries depart. The Paros airport is about a 30 minute drive from Naousa, offering convenient access for both ferry and flight travelers.
Beaches
Paros is home to a variety of stunning beaches, each offering something unique. Golden Beach (Chrissí Aktí), near Drios, is a windsurfer’s paradise, while the serene shores of Pounda, Logaras, Piso Livadi, Naousa Bay, Parikia, and Agia Irini cater to all beachgoers’ desires.
From Naousa, Golden Beach is about a 20-minute drive by car or taxi. Pounda Beach is approximately 15 minutes by car or taxi. Logaras Beach is around 10 minutes away by car. Piso Livadi is about 15 minutes by car, and Naousa Bay is just a short walk. Parikia and Agia Irini are 25 and 30 minutes away by car, respectively. Public buses also connect Naousa to most beaches.
